The websites www.privredni-imenik.com and www.b2b-serbia.com (hereinafter referred to as: website of the Serbian Business Directory) as well as other editions of the Serbian Business Directory, are parts of the multimedia B2B project and property of Telcom company from Belgrade (hereinafter referred to as the: Website Owner). By using this website you agree to the terms and rules set out below.

The website of the Serbian Business Directory contains information, advertisements, texts, design, photographs and graphics, which are owned by the Website Owner or third parties (natural persons or legal entities) and which are intended for browsing for private or business purposes. You must not download the contents from the website of the Serbian Business Directory, copy, delete, modify for the purpose of publishing in similar publications, sell information to other persons or copy any page of the website of the Serbian Business Directory for presenting on any other website on the Internet. The content of the website of the Serbian Business Directory may not be used for the purpose of direct marketing and direct sale, telemarketing, sending bulk e-mails or spam.

The Website Owner expects from the users notification on any incorrect information that may appear on the website of the Serbian Business Directory via Contact Form or Question Form, and in such case the Website Owner will update all submitted data in all of its editions free of charge.
